Recommendations
- Single-use plastics are not allowed inside the parks. national according to resolution 1558 of 2019, (disposable cups and plates, plastic bags plastic, pet bottles among others) so we recommend bringing your thermos.
- Boots or sneakers with good grip soles.
- Food: Energy bars, guava candy (snack), chocolate, fruits (apple, banana, pear, orange, etc.), snack (sandwich, cookies, tuna, bread, etc.), hydration (juices, hydrating drinks).
- Water or your preferred form of hydration. This is a hiking tour, and you may feel thirsty.
- Sunscreen.
- Sportswear with flexibility in the lower and/or upper extremities, waterproof jacket.
- Second complete change of clothing for any unforeseen circumstances (leave it at the starting location).
- Keep your friends close and your belongings even closer. We will be visiting some busy areas, so don’t give papaya!
