Recommendations
- The entry of single-use plastics is not allowed in national parks according to Resolution 1558 of 2019 (disposable cups and plates, plastic bags, PET bottles, among others), so we recommend bringing your own water bottle.
- Food: Energy bars, guava paste (bocadillo), chocolate bars, fruits (apple, banana, pear, orange, etc.), snacks (sandwich, cookies, tuna, bread, etc.), hydration (juices, sports drinks).
- Footwear: Boots or shoes with good grip soles.
- Water or your preferred form of hydration. This is a walking hike, and it’s possible that you’ll get thirsty.
- Sunscreen.
- Repellent.
- Sportswear with flexibility in the lower and/or upper extremities, waterproof jacket.
- A second complete change of clothes, in case of any unforeseen circumstances (leave it at the starting point).
- Keep your friends close and your belongings even closer. We will be visiting some crowded areas, so don’t leave anything unattended!
